DMCA TAKEDOWN NOTICE

2. What Happens After You Submit

Upon receiving a valid request, we will:

  • Notify the individual who posted the material

  • Take additional action if required by law

3. Counter-Notice Procedure

If material is removed due to a DMCA notice, the affected party may submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was a mistake.

The counter-notice must include:

  • Identification of the removed material

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake

  • Consent to jurisdiction of applicable courts

If a valid counter-notice is received, the content may be restored unless the original complainant files a court action within 14 days.
